"Lifetime" denotes the product's serviceable life as defined on the warranty card. Modular furniture does not carry a single blanket warranty — each component carries the warranty unique to its product and brand, as itemised in your warranty document.
2. Conditions of validity
- Full and final payment received, a signed Work Agreement in place, and care guidelines followed;
- Normal residential use; service raised through official AesthetiX channels (portal, phone or email);
- Dismantling, shifting or repair only by AesthetiX-qualified and authorised representatives.
3. Exclusions — warranty void where damage is due to:
- Continuous seepage of water or dampness from ceiling, flooring, walls or other site/building conditions;
- Misuse, negligence, rough handling, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear;
- Physical damage, continuous water leakage or rusting;
- Surface damage or scratches on acrylic, high-gloss laminate, duco, PU and/or veneer;
- Unauthorised modification, third-party repair, or dismantling/shifting by anyone other than AesthetiX's authorised representatives;
- Client-supplied materials and consumables;
- Natural climatic and colour variation over time.
Acrylic and high-gloss laminate finishes naturally exhibit light-visible waves: approximately 15–20% visibility at 1–1.5mm laminate thickness and 5–10% at 2mm, varying with base material (MDF/HDHMR). This is an inherent material characteristic, not a defect.
4. Claim process & remedy
- Raise a service request via the client portal, phone (+91 92 1688 1688) or email (contact@aesthetixspaces.com) with photos of the issue.
- Our service team inspects and confirms coverage. AesthetiX will first attempt repair; only where AesthetiX (at its sole discretion) determines repair is not feasible will the defective woodwork be replaced with the same design or the closest matching design.
- Where a more valuable material is used in a warranty replacement, the client cannot claim the additional value of the better material.
- Items malfunctioning due to wear & tear, physical damage, water leakage, rusting or other excluded causes are repaired/replaced at the client's cost with a transparent estimate first.
- AesthetiX's determination of the cause of damage (seepage/dampness, misuse, wear & tear or negligence) after inspection shall be final and binding, without prejudice to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
5. Beyond warranty
Paid servicing and maintenance remain available well beyond the warranty period — your records, warranty and service history stay with us for the life of your interiors.
