- All designs, drawings, renders, BOQs and plans shared with the client at any stage are the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of AesthetiX Spaces LLP, shared with the intent that the order is placed and executed by AesthetiX.
- Designs may not be used, installed, executed by a third party, or shared in any form without prior written consent of AesthetiX. IP in project designs transfers for the client's personal residential use upon execution of the project by AesthetiX and receipt of full payment.
- Shared images and designs are representative; the final client-approved drawings are executed at site.
- "AesthetiX®", our logo, and the marks "Design · Deliver · Delight" and "Your Interior Partner" are trademarks of AesthetiX Spaces LLP. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
- Project photography: AesthetiX may photograph completed works for portfolio and marketing use, without disclosing your name, address or personally identifying details, unless you opt out in writing or grant broader consent (e.g., a client story). Your choice is recorded in your consent preferences.
- Software, portals, AI tools and documentation remain the property of AesthetiX or its licensors (including NexAvinya AI platforms) and are licensed, not sold, for the duration of your engagement.
