Terms of Service

AesthetiX Spaces LLP ("AesthetiX", "we", "us") is a premium turnkey interior design and execution firm registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (LLPIN: ACE-7573, GSTIN: 29ACEFA3517C1ZS, DPIIT Recognition: DIPP163561, Udyam: UDYAM-KR-03-0350433, Govt. of Karnataka Estd. Regn.: 38/SOM/CE/0016/2024). "AesthetiX®" is a registered trademark of AesthetiX Spaces LLP.

By accessing aesthetixspaces.com, our client portal, mobile applications, or any AesthetiX digital service, or by engaging us for interior services, you agree to these Terms of Service and every policy in this Legal Hub that applies to your engagement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Where documents conflict, the order of precedence is:

1. Your signed Work Agreement and its annexures;
2. Your signed BOQ / final quotation;
3. The Project Terms & Conditions and related project policies in this Legal Hub;
4. These Terms of Service and remaining Hub policies;
5. Marketing material, guides and brochures (informational only — never contractual).

• Content on our platforms (designs, renders, photographs, pricing tools, text, code) is the property of AesthetiX or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped, reproduced or commercially used without written consent.
• Price calculators, rate guides and AI-generated outputs are indicative only and do not constitute an offer, quotation or contract. Only a signed BOQ and Work Agreement bind either party.
• Portal credentials are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity under your account.
• We may modify, suspend or discontinue any digital feature. Committed project deliverables are unaffected by platform changes.

By sharing your contact details, you consent to receiving project-related communication via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email. Marketing communication is sent only with your consent and honours our DND policy — you may opt out at any time without affecting project communication.

Records, approvals, sign-offs and signatures executed electronically (including portal approvals, e-signatures and WhatsApp/email confirmations from your registered contact) are valid and binding under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and are treated as equivalent to written signatures for all project purposes.

We may update this Legal Hub from time to time. Each document carries its version and effective date. Material changes affecting active projects will be notified; your project remains governed by the version referenced in your signed Work Agreement unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
