1. The change window
- You may change scope and materials freely up to the Design Sign-Off stage.
- Changes after design closure are generally not possible. Where accepted, all applicable costs — 3D redesign, 2D rework, cutlist changes, material changes, factory order changes or entire module/work changes — are payable by the client, and timelines are adjusted. Material changes after the production payment (Schedule 2) additionally incur the cost of works already undertaken.
- Every variation is quoted, approved by you in writing, and only then executed. Nothing appears on your bill by surprise.
2. AesthetiX-initiated substitutions
Materials may be substituted with your approval only where: (a) a confirmed material becomes unavailable; (b) the quality of the selected material changed during procurement; or (c) AesthetiX is not satisfied with the quality supplied by the vendor. Substitutes are always of equal or better specification at no extra cost to you.
3. Catalogue rule
Finish and material selections must be made from the AesthetiX approved catalogue, so the Materials & Specification Standard and warranties apply without exception.
