1. Quotation validity
- Every quotation is valid for 7 days from its date of issue. Beyond this period, prices and availability are subject to revision.
- Quoted prices apply to that proposal only; any modification of scope, finish or specification may result in a change of price.
- All prices, unit rates, offers and discounts mutually agreed at the time of sales closure (as recorded in the signed quote) remain valid for the complete project. Further negotiation or additional offers will not be entertained after closure.
2. Scope of work
- The quotation is prepared from the floor plan and requirements shared by you. The estimated project cost will vary based on the final 3D designs, material selections (brand / grade / specification) and actual site measurements. The value may increase or decrease accordingly — always shown to you transparently before sign-off.
- Only what is written is in scope. Anything not specifically listed in the signed quotation is outside our Scope of Work (SOW). Oral commitments are not binding — please ensure every commitment is captured in the proposal before signing.
- Guaranteed price: AesthetiX will not increase or decrease prices after design sign-off and invoice generation. If you change materials or choose different variants that increase cost, only the additional amount is payable by you.
- Hardware and accessory prices reflect current manufacturer list prices and are subject to manufacturer revisions and availability until procured.
3. Standard inclusions
- All products include soft-close hinges and channels as standard.
- Products are considered with standard handles unless specified otherwise; wardrobe internal shelving can be customised to requirement without additional cost, within the signed design.
- Edge banding is selected by our designers as the closest match; by default, 2mm PVC edge banding is provided for laminate/veneer finishes and acrylic edge banding for acrylic doors.
- Photo-real 3D designs are included in every project prior to production.
4. Standard exclusions
Unless expressly written into the quotation as line items, the following are excluded and billed at actuals at selection time:
- Cabinet handles;
- Electrical switches, sockets, module plates and boxes;
- Plumbing, countertops, gas piping, appliances, hob, chimney, sink, taps, electrical shifting, tile laying, core cutting and civil changes;
- Appliance and fixture installation charges (fans, lights, geysers, washroom fittings, extra drillings, core cutting, AC, etc.);
- Final painting after furniture installation (quoted separately if required);
- Floor protection / covering (undertaken on request, on a chargeable basis, before site work begins);
- Structural work or construction not outlined in scope;
- Permits, approvals or inspections required by builders, societies, owners' associations or local authorities — including any refundable/non-refundable security deposits payable to the builder, which are entirely to the client's account;
- Unexpected site conditions or additional work arising during the project;
- Any product or service not included in the quotation.
5. Site conditions & measurements
- Final quantities are confirmed on actual site measurement after design freeze; the BOQ is trued-up accordingly and shared for your approval.
- Concealed or latent site conditions (e.g., uneven walls/floors, hidden services, seepage, structural constraints) discovered after work begins may require variations, which are quoted and approved in writing before execution.
6. Materials & product selection
- All materials are subject to availability. Delays or unavailability of selected materials will be communicated promptly and alternatives of equal or better specification discussed.
- Finish and material selections must be made from the AesthetiX approved catalogue only, so that every item carries our specification standard and warranty.
- Price variations arising from client-initiated material selection changes are adjusted transparently in the BOQ.
7. Taxes
All rates are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the prevailing statutory rate (currently 18% on interior works) and shown as a separate line on every invoice, strictly as per Government of India norms. Statutory changes in tax rates apply from their effective date.
8. Handover & acceptance
- Handover occurs after our internal 72-point quality check and closure of the joint snag list recorded with you at pre-handover inspection.
- You will be invited to inspect and sign the handover document. If no written snag or objection is raised within 7 days of handover intimation, the works are deemed accepted — without affecting your warranty rights.
- Any items retained by you before full payment remain the property of AesthetiX Spaces LLP until full and final settlement (retention of title).
