AesthetiX is committed to delivering the highest quality of service while maintaining a respectful, professional and safe environment for clients and team members alike.
- Client conduct: respectful communication and mutual courtesy are essential. Misconduct — including rude, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff, workers or representatives — will not be tolerated.
- Resolution first: we always seek to resolve concerns through open, polite and constructive communication, with a documented escalation to founders where needed. This must not come at the cost of the dignity or self-respect of our team.
- Right to terminate: in the event of continued inappropriate client behaviour after written notice, AesthetiX reserves the right to suspend or terminate ongoing work at any stage.
- Effect of termination for misconduct: work halts immediately; AesthetiX will provide a final account of work completed and materials procured. Amounts attributable to work done, materials procured and services rendered are non-refundable; completed goods already paid for will be delivered or made available for collection. The determination of inappropriate behaviour, after notice and the opportunity to respond, rests with AesthetiX based on circumstances observed or reported, subject to the dispute-resolution process below.
- Termination by AesthetiX for non-payment: milestone payments overdue beyond 30 days after written reminder entitle AesthetiX to terminate, with the same final-account settlement.
