Guarantees & Offers Terms

1. Applies only to a genuine like-for-like comparison — identical scope, quantities, layout, specifications, material grades, brands, finishes and warranties as the AesthetiX signed BOQ for the same project.
2. Verified strictly post-execution — after the competing interior is fully executed and installed; never on verbal claims, paper quotations or estimates.
3. The claimant must produce complete documentary evidence: the competing company's signed work order/BOQ; bank statements proving actual payments made to that company (cash or under-invoiced transactions excluded); all GST purchase invoices for plywood, laminate, HDHMR and hardware; brand warranty cards; and physical material evidence — including laminate brand & thickness and board cut-pieces retained at the time of pasting/installation.
4. Every AesthetiX specification must be demonstrably matched: BWP 710 / MR 303 ply, Garjan face, 100% gap-free calibrated core, 1mm laminate with 2mm edge band, HDHMR shutters (Action TESA class), WPC at every cabinet, soft-close branded hardware, full factory finishing and 72-point QC.
5. AesthetiX reserves the right to physically inspect the executed work and materials and verify all documents before any settlement.
6. One claim per project/household; non-transferable; valid only within the AesthetiX Bengaluru service area and the validity stated in your proposal. Without complete, verifiable evidence as above, the challenge is not applicable, and AesthetiX's assessment after verification is final.

1. Applies to a genuine, written, itemised quotation from an identifiable, operating interior company for the same site and scope, presented before booking.
2. Under Flex, AesthetiX executes the same specifications, standards and warranty terms the other company offered — matched like-for-like in your BOQ — at a lower price than their quote. Nothing is silently downgraded; your BOQ states precisely what you receive.
3. On Flex projects, the AesthetiX Materials Standard, extended warranties and the ₹10 Lakh Quality Challenge do not apply — you receive exactly the standard and warranty the competing quote promised, executed by our team.

1. Your final bill stays within 5% of the originally signed BOQ and scope — or AesthetiX absorbs the difference.
2. Excludes: client-requested additions, upgrades, scope changes and post-freeze revisions; quantities revised on actual site measurement; concealed/latent site conditions revealed after civil or demolition work; statutory or raw-material price revisions; and third-party/market-price items billed at actuals. All variations are approved by you in writing and sit over and above the 5% band.

Reasonable revisions to reach design freeze are included. Extensive or repeated full redesigns after freeze may attract a design fee, communicated before any work. Renders are indicative — see clause 7 below.

Subject to site power, connectivity, safety and feasibility; may be unavailable during certain phases or for technical/privacy reasons. Footage is provided for your project monitoring only and may not be published without both parties' consent.

Up to three visits per project, by prior appointment during working hours, subject to production schedule and safety norms.

• Design accuracy: 3D designs aim to be as accurate as possible; variations can occur due to screen resolution, material properties and manufacturing processes.
• Material & colour representation: colours and materials in renders are approximations; actuals may differ due to rendering limits and production batches.
• Dimensional tolerances: minor deviations in size and fit within industry standards are acceptable.
• Manufacturing limitations: certain design elements may need adjustment to suit manufacturing capabilities.
• The final client-approved drawings are what is executed at site.

AesthetiX's AI systems — delay prediction, smart approvals, automation workflows and project assistant — are in phased rollout (targeted August 2026). Feature availability, naming and timelines may evolve. The "India's first AI-enabled interior firm" positioning reflects AesthetiX's pioneering adoption of these systems in the residential-interiors category.

• Published rates and guides are starting/indicative figures, exclusive of GST, and are not a quotation or contract — the signed BOQ and Work Agreement govern. Live pricing is always issued from our systems at proposal time.
• Portfolio photographs are of actual AesthetiX projects, shown to illustrate workmanship; results vary with scope, site and finish selection.
• Comparison content reflects common market practices for illustration only, not statements about any specific firm or individual.
• The Experience Centre is an upcoming facility; opening date and contents may change.

Refer & Earn and Channel Partner rewards are governed by the program terms published at the time of registration, require the referred project to reach the milestone stated in those terms, and are payable only to registered referrers/partners against valid KYC. Program terms may be updated prospectively.
