- Approvals & permits: the client arranges all necessary approvals, permissions and work permits from the builder, society or authorities. Any security deposit payable to the builder is to the client's account.
- Site access: the client provides safe, timely access during installation, and reasonable working conditions — power, water, lift access where available, and a clean, secure work area.
- Working hours: work follows society/building rules on hours and noise; restrictions that compress working hours extend timelines correspondingly.
- Timely decisions: approvals, selections and payments made on schedule keep your penalty-backed timeline intact; delays extend it as per the Timelines Policy.
- Site security & valuables: the client is responsible for securing personal valuables at a lived-in site; AesthetiX is responsible for its own materials, tools and workforce conduct at site.
- Client-supplied items: items or materials supplied by the client are installed on a goodwill basis at the client's risk and carry no AesthetiX warranty.
- Non-solicitation: during the project and for 12 months after handover, the client agrees not to directly engage, employ or subcontract AesthetiX's employees, workers, or subcontractors introduced through the project, other than through AesthetiX.
