Payment Terms & Delay Implications

Where your signed Work Agreement states a different schedule, that schedule prevails. No payment is collected ahead of the stage it belongs to; every milestone is visible on your project portal.

• Payments are accepted only into the official AesthetiX Spaces LLP bank account stated on your invoice. We never request payment to personal accounts, and cash payments are discouraged; any payment made otherwise is at the payer's risk and is not recognised against the project.
• Every payment is acknowledged with a GST-compliant receipt/invoice.

1. Delay of payment at any project stage adds concurrent days to the delivery timeline.
2. Delay of payment at the time of factory dispatch has the following implications:
   1. The handover date is recalculated to the next available dispatch schedule (which may exceed the actual days of delay);
   2. If the delay exceeds two weeks, warehouse storage is charged at ₹5,000 per week;
   3. If the delay exceeds one month, material warranties reduce by 6 months and thereafter on a pro-rata basis until the next available dispatch;
   4. Interest may be levied on amounts overdue beyond 30 days at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
3. AesthetiX may suspend design, production or installation while any milestone payment remains overdue, without liability for consequent delay.

All goods, materials and installed works remain the property of AesthetiX Spaces LLP until receipt of full and final payment, notwithstanding delivery or installation at your site.
