- Step 1 — Direct resolution: raise any concern with your project manager or founders via the portal, phone or email. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 15 working days.
- Step 2 — Mediation: unresolved disputes are first referred to good-faith mediation between the parties (or a mutually agreed mediator) in Bengaluru.
- Step 3 — Arbitration: disputes not resolved by mediation within 30 days shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). Seat and venue: Bengaluru. Language: English. The award shall be final and binding.
- Governing law & jurisdiction: these terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause.
- Consumer rights preserved: nothing in this Hub limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the client's right to approach the appropriate consumer forum.
