These specifications are our contractual material baseline. Any brand we use must meet all of the following. Choosing a more economical finish never lowers the structural quality underneath — one specification, every budget.
1. Plywood & core — non-negotiable specifications

2. Construction standard
- Carcass: BWP 710 / MR 303 grade plywood only — never MDF or particle board in carcasses.
- Shutters: HDHMR from genuine brands (Action TESA / Green Panel class), engineered to eliminate undulation and waving; acrylic finishes on Action TESA pre-laminated boards.
- Laminates: 1mm inner and 1mm+ outer laminates only, sourced from top-10 brands (Merino, Greenlam, Royale Touche, Advance class) — never 0.7–0.8mm.
- Edge banding: 2mm soft, rounded edges inside and out; acrylic edge banding on acrylic doors.
- WPC protection: waterproof WPC backing at every cabinet as standard, shielding woodwork from wall moisture.
- Factory finishing: 100% factory-finished modular production under controlled pressing — assembled, not built, on site.
- Quality control: every unit passes a documented 72-point quality checklist before handover.
3. Hardware standard
- All hinges, channels, lift-ups, tandems and fittings are soft-close, sourced from our brand partners: Hettich (AesthetiX is a certified Hettich Authorized OEM Partner), Blum, Häfele, Ebco, Ozone, Kyzo.
- The exact brand and variant fitted in your home is stated in your BOQ. Hardware and accessories are billed at transparent market price with no AesthetiX markup.
4. Other scopes
- False ceiling: Saint-Gobain Gyproc boards on genuine branded channel systems only.
- Paints: Asian Paints, Berger, Nippon class — billed at actuals by grade and measured area.
- Sanitary/CP, electrical, lighting and appliances: reputed national/global brands (Jaquar, Kohler, Grohe, Hindware; Legrand, Schneider, Anchor, Wipro, Philips; Bosch, Faber, Elica class) — client's free choice of brand, supplied at market price.
5. Verification rights
You may verify genuineness three ways: (a) brand names written line-by-line in your BOQ; (b) GST purchase invoices for materials on request; (c) up to three factory visits by prior appointment during production. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are listed as materials we genuinely procure; the final brand mix for your project is stated in your signed BOQ.
Latest specification prevails: this Standard supersedes material specifications printed in any earlier estimate or brochure. Where an older document conflicts with this Standard, the client receives the better of the two specifications at no extra cost.
