When you engage AesthetiX or use our platforms, you consent to the following — each item revocable independently, any time, by writing to privacy@aesthetixspaces.com:
- Project processing (required): processing your contact, site and project data to deliver your project, warranty and service — necessary to serve you and not separately revocable while the contract runs.
- Project communication (required): updates via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email and portal.
- Marketing (optional): offers, guides and updates — granular, opt-in, DND respected.
- Portfolio use (optional, default: anonymous): photos of completed work used without identifying you; broader use (name/testimonial/case study) only with explicit consent.
- Analytics & cookies (optional): as per the Cookie Policy.
By signing an estimate, quotation, Work Agreement, or continuing to use our services, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable documents in this Legal Hub. Acceptance is also confirmed through your continued use of the service.
