1. Committed timeline
- Your assured delivery timeline is stated in your signed Work Agreement and begins from design freeze, subject to receipt of the production-stage payment. Most standard 2/3 BHK scopes are handover-ready in 30–45 days from design freeze; villa, luxury and larger scopes are timelined separately in the proposal.
- Design phase (3D & 2D) is not included in the execution timeline; execution begins after approved 2D production drawings.
- All timelines are tracked on your client portal with agile two-week site sprints and shared schedules.
2. Delay penalty — paid by AesthetiX to you
If we miss the agreed handover date for reasons solely attributable to AesthetiX, we pay you ₹2,000 per day of delay, in writing, after a grace period of 7 days from the committed handover date — adjusted against your final invoice. The total penalty is capped at 5% of the project value. No other compensation is payable beyond this stated delay compensation.
3. Excluded delays (not counted against AesthetiX)
- Client-related delays: late approvals, delayed payments, last-minute or post-freeze design changes, incomplete selections, non-availability of site access, or delayed decisions — each results in a corresponding extension of schedule.
- Builder / society / third-party delays: pending permissions, deposits, site readiness, other vendors working at site, or restrictions on working hours.
- Material unavailability: supplier constraints, production backlog, transportation delays, import/export restrictions or stock unavailability — we will inform you promptly and arrange alternatives wherever feasible.
- Labour & workforce shortage: unavailability of skilled labour or subcontractors due to illness, emergencies or regional shortages; resources are mobilised at the earliest.
- Factory & machinery issues: machinery breakdown, maintenance delays or fabrication errors are treated as technical delays, addressed with urgency and communicated.
- Site & electrical issues: power outages, site electrical faults or infrastructure issues; the site is expected to be maintained with basic facilities (power, water, access, cleanliness) for smooth execution.
- Force majeure: acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, epidemics, lockdowns, lock-outs, wars, riots, civil commotion, strikes, transportation strikes, government action or any cause beyond reasonable control. Timelines are suitably revised.
4. Timeline revisions
All estimated timelines are indicative and subject to real-time conditions. AesthetiX will provide timely written updates whenever the schedule requires revision. Any client-approved scope or design change resets the baseline schedule.
