AesthetiX — Your Interior Partner
    00 / Careers

Build beautiful work. With people you'll learn from.

A small, senior studio in Bengaluru building residential interiors and the software that runs them. We hire slowly, mentor seriously, and pay fairly.

    01 / The work

    Where you'd be working.

Drawings get red-pencilled, samples get argued over, and every carcass passes QC in our own factory before it ships.

A designer's workstation with a 3D interior render on screen, a hand-drawn elevation and colour swatches
    Design — renders, elevations, swatches
Floor-to-ceiling racks of laminate, veneer and fabric samples arranged by colour
    Materials — the sample library
A review table with working drawings annotated in red pencil, sticky notes and a joinery mock-up block
Reviews — drawings, red pencil, argument
The in-house modular factory: stacked cut panels, an edge-banding machine and a QC checklist beside a finished carcass

    Revenue-sharing model

Salary has no fixed limits for the right candidate.

For the first time in the industry, we operate on a revenue-sharing model — the more value you generate for the company, the more you earn. AesthetiX is not just a workplace, but a growth platform where your success directly drives the company's success. It's a true win–win.

How long do you want to limit yourself to a fixed salary? Think bigger. We don't just offer jobs — we offer growth partnerships. Let's design success — together.

A friendly, transparent, and supportive work culture

Real growth opportunities in a fast-scaling startup environment

Respect for work-life balance — everything runs in a smooth, systematic manner

Creativity, ownership, and fresh thinking are encouraged

A revenue-sharing model — your earnings grow as the company grows, not just with salaries

    01 / What it's like here

    The studio, honestly described.

    Deep-work time

Mornings are protected for design work. Meetings cluster in the afternoon, never before 11.

    Real mentorship

Every designer is paired with a senior. Portfolio reviews are scheduled, written and kind.

    Fair pay, clearly

Bands are documented, raises are calendared. No surprises, no whisper culture.

    Calm deadlines

We plan, we don't crunch. Site weekends are paid, taken back, and rare by design.

    Craft obsession

We argue about door hardware. We celebrate a well-resolved skirting. That's the job.

    Ownership

If you own it, you own it. Senior leadership backs your call when you've done the work.

    02 / Open roles
