Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your booking amount (Schedule 1) is refunded in full where any of the following applies:

• Your designs or renders have not been shared with you by any means (WhatsApp, Google Meet, email or otherwise);
• AesthetiX increased its quoted price (rate per sq.ft) although you did not increase scope or add items beyond the initial quotation;
• Cancellation is initiated within 7 days of the final quotation (post-designs); and
• Design closure was not completed within 15 days / 3 revisions for reasons attributable to AesthetiX.

1. Once production or procurement has commenced, the client is liable for all costs incurred up to the cancellation date — including design work, materials procured or in production, factory work and labour — set off against amounts already paid.
2. Custom-manufactured items cannot be refunded once produced; completed items may, at the client's option, be delivered as-is.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within 14 working days of written confirmation of the cancellation settlement.
• All cancellations must be initiated in writing (email to contact@aesthetixspaces.com or via the client portal) from the registered client contact.
• GST already remitted on invoices raised is adjusted strictly as per GST law.

Where AesthetiX offers paid digital services or subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
