How is modular woodwork measured — what does per sqft actually mean?
We price per square foot of shutter and carcass area — the built surface of the unit, not the wall behind it. The measurement basis matters more than the rate: two firms quoting the same ₹/sqft on different bases can differ by two to three times on the same wardrobe, so ask any firm which basis they use.
Are these rates fixed, or starting points?
They are starting rates for the standard specification, exclusive of 18% GST. Your real number comes from an itemised BOQ after we measure your home — and once that BOQ is signed, the final bill stays within 5% of it or we absorb the difference.
Why do you publish rates when other interior companies don't?
Because a rate you cannot see is a rate that can move after you are committed. Publishing the card lets you compare us against any quote line by line before you ever speak to us — and it is why our calculator gives a full estimate without asking your phone number.
Is hardware marked up on top of these rates?
No. Hinges, channels, baskets and lift-ups from Hettich, Blum and equivalent are billed at transparent market price — you pay what we pay, with the exact variant named in your BOQ.
