All design and material selections are based on client preferences and approval. Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications before finalization.

2. Third-Party Products & Services

We may recommend or use third-party products, brands, or services in our designs. Any warranties, defects, or quality concerns related to these products are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers or vendors. AESTHETIX SPACES is not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from third-party products.

3. Pricing & Project Timelines

All pricing and project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to material availability, supplier pricing, labor conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee fixed project completion dates unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, drawings, 3D models, and materials created by AESTHETIX SPACES remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our designs is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

AESTHETIX SPACES shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or any decisions made based on our recommendations. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local building regulations and obtaining necessary permissions.

6. Changes & Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms, policies, and project agreements without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review and stay informed about any changes.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

By engaging with AESTHETIX SPACES, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Pricing & Validity: The quotation is based on the provided floor plan and discussed requirements. Prices are valid for 7 days and may change based on material selection, design modifications, and final site measurements. Once the design is signed off and the invoice is generated, pricing remains fixed unless additional changes are requested.
Scope of Work (SOW): The quoted price applies strictly to the items and services mentioned in the proposal. Any modifications, additional requests, or design changes after approval will be subject to extra costs. Oral commitments are not considered unless documented in writing.
Materials & Quality: We use premium-quality plywood (16mm core, 18mm with laminates) and high-grade MDF & HDHMR boards from ActionTESA or Green Panel. Standard handles, soft-close hinges, and PVC edge binding are included unless specified otherwise.
Design Finalization & Changes: No changes will be allowed after design approval. Any modifications post-finalization (including redesign, material swaps, or structural adjustments) will incur additional charges.
Warranty & Liability: Product warranties are covered as per the manufacturer’s terms, and AESTHETIX SPACES does not provide additional warranties. Hardware and accessory prices are subject to market fluctuations.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must obtain all necessary approvals, permissions, and work permits from the builder or relevant authorities. Any security deposits or fees required by the builder must be arranged and paid by the client.

Penalty clause

AESTHETIX SPACES is committed to delivering projects within 30 working days, starting from the next business day after design closure. However, actual timelines may vary based on project scope, site readiness, and payment terms.

1. Exclusions from Delay Penalty

Delays caused due to the following reasons will not be considered in the penalty calculation:

Client dependencies, including delays in vendor coordination, site readiness, payment processing, material or design selections, and acceptance of quotations.
Delays caused by the builder, including site access restrictions or approvals.
Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed lockdowns, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of AESTHETIX SPACES.

2. Penalty for Delays Caused by AESTHETIX SPACES

If a delay occurs solely due to errors or lapses on the part of AESTHETIX SPACES, a penalty of ₹60,000 per month, calculated on a pro-rata basis, will be applicable for every day of delay beyond the agreed handover date, after a grace period of 7 days.

3. Maximum Liability

The total penalty amount shall not exceed 5% of the total project value.
No other compensation, reimbursement, or damages shall be payable apart from the delay penalty stated above.

4. Force Majeure

AESTHETIX SPACES shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God (natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, etc.).
Pandemics, epidemics, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
Supply chain disruptions, material shortages, or non-availability of raw materials.
Factory machinery breakdowns, labor strikes, or power supply issues.
Civil unrest, wars, riots, or any similar external disturbances.
