• Material Selection: Materials used will align with the plan selected. Any upgrade or substitution of materials will incur additional costs.

• Customisations: Customisation options vary by plan. Economy plans offer limited customisation, while Premium and Luxury plans provide moderate to extensive customisation.

• Warranty: A warranty period (if applicable) for the materials and workmanship will be provided as per the selected plan. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.

• Client Responsibilities: The client must provide timely feedback, approvals, and access to the site as required for the smooth execution of the project.

• Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of cancellation, charges will be applied based on the progress of the project and expenses incurred. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the terms of the agreement.

• Force Majeure: The service provider shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

• Intellectual Property: All design concepts, layouts, and drawings are the intellectual property of the service provider and may not be used without prior written consent.

Luxury Plan

• Full customisation is provided, allowing for bespoke designs and premium materials.

​

• Any imported materials or exclusive designs may require extended timelines.

​

• A dedicated project management team will oversee the project with regular updates and consultations.

• Smart home integrations and high-end add-ons may involve additional costs and specific warranties.​
